- CONTACT FORM

Purpose: To manage and process your booking request and, where appropriate, the guarantee and/or payment thereof, as well as, if you accept, to send you commercial communications about our products, services and activities, including by electronic means.

Legitimation: The consent of the user when requesting the reservation through our form and by ticking the box to accept the sending of information.

Conservation: During the reservation period and, where appropriate, once your stay has been formalised, during the legally established periods. If you have accepted to receive commercial mailings, until you request to unsubscribe from them.

 

- E-MAILS

Purpose: To answer your requests for information, deal with your requests and answer your queries or doubts. If we receive your Curriculum Vitae by e-mail, your personal and curricular data may form part of our databases in order to participate in our present and future selection processes.

Legitimation: The user's consent when requesting information from us via email address and/or sending us your data and CV to participate in our selection processes.

Retention: Once your e-mail request has been answered, if it has not generated a new treatment. In the case of receiving your CV, your data may be kept for a maximum of one year for future selection processes.

The provision of personal data requires a minimum age of 14 years, or where appropriate, have sufficient legal capacity to contract.
